Once again our staff gave me the Christmas gift of joining me at the Feed My Starving Children packing event.  This past Saturday afternoon most of the Regional Eyecare Center staff met at the Shawnee Center in south Cape Girardeau for 90 minutes of fast-paced food packing fun.  By the time our shift had finished our table had packed 3024 meals.  Over the remainder of the weekend approximately 2700 volunteers packed 632,016 meals – enough to feed 1732 children a meal each day for one year!  Thanks for the gift!!!
