Eye Exams

We pride our office in providing great eye examinations and it is a rare day that we don’t receive the ultimate compliment of a referral from one of our existing patients.

  • Thorough eye health evaluation

  • Individualized care

  • Caring staff

Even though we are very thorough we also value your time. We try our best to stay on time by not double-booking appointments. Regular eye exams are recommended as part of your care. They can help detect issues well before you have symptoms.

Children’s Eyes

We know that kids are sometimes apprehensive about getting their eyes examined. We do our best to put them at ease and still gather the information we need to care for their needs.

  • Infant and child examinations

  • Eyeglasses and contact lens options for most ages

  • MiSight contact lenses to reduce the progression of nearsightedness

Regular eye exams help identify vision problems even when children don’t realize that their vision has changed. We follow the American Optometric Association guidelines and recommend that children have their first examination at six months, three and five years of age, and then annually.

Eyeglasses

We carry popular name brands that you know. We also feature smaller manufacturers who have excellent quality even beyond the known labels.

  • Expert opticians

  • High quality frames and lenses

  • Large selection

We use superior materials to ensure that you see as well as you look with your eyeglasses. Whether you need eyeglasses to help you see up close, far away, or any point in between, we can help!

Contact Lenses

Our doctors choose the best product for each patient and work with all the major manufacturers. This flexibility allows us to individualize your care and find the best solution for you.

  • Contact lens fittings for infants to seniors

  • Options for those with astigmatism or who need bifocals

  • Specialty lenses for unusual prescriptions

Our doctors take the time to customize your contact lenses to meet your needs. Our well-trained staff are great at teaching new contact lens wearers how to be successful at wearing contacts.

Low Vision

Sometimes eyeglasses and contact lenses just are not enough to provide adequate vision.  That’s when low vision services may be useful.

  • Improved visual independence

  • Optical and electronic magnifiers

  • Individualized care plans

Low vision devices improve both sight and quality of life for those who need visual aides.

Technology

Our office has always been early adopters of technology that helps provide better eye care.

  • Optomap ultra-widefield retinal imaging

  • Ocular Coherence Tomography

  • Virtual visual fields

Using new, sophisticated diagnostic equipment enables us to obtain more accurate and comprehensive assessments of your vision and eye health.
